These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, platform, services, and related features. Your access to the platform, browsing of it, creation of an account, or use of any of its services constitutes your express and binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to the applicable Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform immediately.
1) Nature of the Platform
Hejaz360 is an informational and directory platform that displays service providers’ pages and information, and facilitates users’ discovery of and access to such providers.
At this stage, the platform is not a party to any contract, agreement, understanding, transaction, or obligation arising between users and service providers. The platform does not itself provide the services offered by service providers, and does not participate in negotiation, contracting, execution, follow-up, guarantee, or settlement between any parties.
The platform may include information collected, organized, or displayed through human means, automated means, or with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies. Accordingly, the platform does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of such information for any particular purpose.
2) User Categories
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including:
- Regular visitors
- Registered users
- Page owners or service providers
- Platform administrators or moderators
These Terms apply to all such users according to the nature of their use and the permissions granted to each category.
3) Scope of Use
Subject to the platform’s discretion at any given time, the platform may provide some or all of the following features:
- Browsing service providers’ pages
- Creating an account
- Sending messages through contact forms
- Uploading photos, descriptions, or page-related data
- Posting ratings or comments
- Claiming ownership of a page
- Requesting the addition of a new business or page
The availability of any feature at any given time does not create any obligation on the platform to continue offering, developing, or maintaining that feature.
4) Acceptable Use
The user shall use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith, and shall refrain from any use that violates applicable laws, public morals, the rights of others, or the interests of the platform.
Without limitation, the following are prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Publishing, sending, or uploading any abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content
- Publishing any unauthorized promotional content, spam, or unsolicited messages
- Violating intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or any other rights of third parties
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or user accounts
- Using the platform in any way that may disrupt it, damage it, or affect its security or performance
- Using any content or data from the platform for bulk copying, extraction, republication, resale, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission
- Uploading or publishing any images containing persons, whether children or adults, in any form whatsoever
The platform alone shall have the authority to determine whether any use or content violates these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.
5) Accounts and Registration
When creating an account on the platform, the user undertakes to provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information, and shall bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities carried out through the account.
The platform may, at any time and without any obligation to provide detailed reasons, suspend, restrict, disable, or delete any account if it determines the existence of any of the following:
- A violation of these Terms
- False or misleading information
- Misuse of the platform
- Impersonation, fraud, or unlawful activity
- Any conduct that may expose the platform, its users, or third parties to harm or risk
6) Service Provider Pages & Ownership Claims
The platform may create or display pages for service providers based on information available to it, based on requests received by it, or based on information submitted by page owners or users.
When a claim of page ownership is made, or when a request is submitted to amend page information, the platform may request any documents, information, or evidence it deems appropriate for verification. The platform may also accept, reject, disregard, or defer consideration of any such request without incurring any obligation toward the requester.
The platform also reserves the right to refuse to create any page, refrain from publishing it, delete it, amend it, hide it, reclassify it, withdraw any verification badge from it, or suspend its visibility temporarily or permanently, as the platform deems appropriate.
7) Content Submitted by Users and Page Owners
Any user, page owner, or service provider who uploads, sends, or publishes any content through the platform acknowledges and warrants that:
- They have the legal right to submit and publish such content
- The content is accurate to the best of their knowledge
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights
- The content does not violate the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and does not violate the terms set out on this page
This includes, without limitation, texts, descriptions, images, ratings, comments, messages, business information, and requests for addition or amendment.
Upon uploading content to the platform, the user grants the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free right, for purposes related to the operation and business of the platform, to use, display, format, technically modify, shorten, republish, promote, market, and link such content to the platform’s services, whether within or outside the platform, to the extent the platform deems appropriate.
The platform is under no obligation to publish any content submitted to it, nor is it under any obligation to retain any published content for any specific period.
8) Content Review and Moderation
Materials, information, and content submitted to the platform shall be subject to review prior to publication, as the platform deems appropriate. However, any such review by the platform does not constitute approval, endorsement, authentication, or any guarantee of the content’s accuracy, validity, safety, or lawfulness.
The platform may, without prior notice, delete, amend, hide, or disable access to any content if it determines that such content:
- Is abusive or misleading
- Infringes any rights
- Violates applicable laws or public morals
- Involves impersonation or spam
- Includes real images of persons or AI-generated images of persons
- Does not comply with the platform’s policies or its editorial or operational interests
9) Ratings and Comments
Ratings and comments
published on the platform reflect the opinions of their authors only. They do not reflect the opinion of the platform and do not constitute any endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the platform.
The platform may review ratings and comments and may decline to publish, delete, amend, or hide them whenever it deems such action necessary or appropriate.
10) No Payments at Present
At this stage, the platform does not accept any payments of any kind through the website or by means of it.
The absence of fees at present does not constitute any commitment by the platform to remain free of charge in the future, nor does it create any vested right for any user. The platform may, at any future time, introduce fees, subscriptions, paid services, or special features under separate or amended terms published at that time.
11) No Intermediaries, Agents, or Representatives
At this stage, the platform has no intermediaries, agents, or representatives authorized to receive funds, enter into transactions, provide guarantees, or represent the platform before third parties, unless the platform expressly announces otherwise through its official channels.
Any claim to the contrary shall be the sole responsibility of the person making such claim, and the platform shall bear no responsibility for any transaction conducted on the basis of such claims.
12) Limits of the Platform’s Role and Disclaimer
Information, services, and content on the platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
- The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any published information
- The platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, suitability, availability, or continuity of any service provided by any service provider
- The platform does not guarantee the identity of any user or service provider, or the validity of their status, information, or licenses
- The platform does not guarantee that the website will be free from interruption, delay, malfunction, errors, vulnerabilities, or data loss
- The platform bears no responsibility for any decision made by a user in reliance on information available on the platform
- The platform bears no responsibility for any communication, negotiation, contract, payment, dispute, loss, damage, or claim arising between any user and any service provider, or between any other parties
The user alone is responsible for independently and directly verifying the service provider, the legality of dealing with that provider, the suitability of the service, and the accuracy of any information, offers, promises, or representations before making any decision or entering into any transaction.
13) Dealings Between Users and Service Providers
Any relationship, transaction, agreement, booking, negotiation, exchange of information, or performance of services between a user and a service provider is a matter solely and exclusively between those parties.
The platform shall not be a party to such dealings under any circumstances, shall not represent either party, and shall not provide any agency, contractual mediation, guarantee, commitment, surety, or supervisory role in connection with them. Nor shall the platform bear any responsibility for resolving disputes, intervening in them, following them up, or compensating any party in relation to them.
14) External Links and Third-Party Content
The platform may contain links or references to external websites, pages, platforms, communication channels, or third-party content. Such links and content are the sole responsibility of their respective owners and are not under the platform’s control.
Accordingly, the platform bears no responsibility for the content, policies, practices, availability, accuracy, or security of such third parties, or for any consequences resulting from accessing or dealing with them.
15) Intellectual Property
All rights related to the platform, including the displayed trade name, logo, designs, texts, presentation style, interface, structure, and platform-owned content, are reserved to the platform or their lawful owners. Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, used, or exploited in any manner without prior written permission.
Sharing links to content is permitted, provided that the platform and the content source are properly attributed, but the content itself may not be copied, republished, or re-presented in a manner that suggests ownership or removes attribution to the platform.
16) Indemnity
The user acknowledges and agrees that they bear sole and full responsibility for any use they make of the platform, and for any content, information, images, or data that they upload, publish, send, or modify through it.
The user further agrees to indemnify and hold Hejaz360 harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from:
- Their use of the platform in violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Their violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Any claim relating to content, data, or materials submitted, published, or uploaded by them through the platform
- Any misuse, impersonation, misleading information, or unlawful conduct committed by them
This includes, where applicable, legal costs and expenses incurred by the platform as a result. The platform bears no responsibility for acts, violations, or content originating from users or page owners, and responsibility in such matters remains with the person whose act, content, or conduct caused the issue.
17) Complaints and Contact
The platform bears no responsibility for resolving disputes between users and service providers and is under no obligation to intervene in them. However, complaints or remarks relating to the platform itself or to published content may be sent to:

The approximate response time is 24 to 48 hours, although this does not constitute a binding contractual commitment in all cases.
18) Privacy and Personal Data
The collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data are governed by the platform’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
19) Amendments
The platform may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any amendment shall become effective immediately upon publication of the updated version on the platform, unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for updates, and continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments shall constitute acceptance of those amendments.
20) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Jurisdiction, where applicable, shall lie with the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency in interpretation between the Arabic version and any translation, the Arabic language version shall prevail.
21) General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain valid and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The platform’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
